How do I place an order?
Browse our product categories, add items to your basket and proceed to checkout. You can check out as a guest or create an account for faster future orders.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Klarna (buy now, pay later). All transactions are processed securely via Stripe.
How long does delivery take?
Standard UK delivery is 2–5 working days. Express next-day delivery is available on orders placed before 2 pm on weekdays. Delivery times may vary during busy periods.
Do you deliver outside the UK?
We currently deliver to mainland UK addresses only. If you need delivery to Northern Ireland, the Scottish Highlands or offshore islands, please contact us for a quote.
Can I return an item?
Yes. Unused items in their original packaging can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Please see our Returns Policy page for full details.
How do I get a refund?
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 working days. You will receive an email confirmation when the refund is processed.
What if my order arrives damaged?
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost to you.
How do I track my order?
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can also check the status from your account page or our Track Order page.
Do you offer trade or bulk discounts?
Yes, we offer trade pricing for contractors and bulk buyers. Please contact our sales team with your requirements and we will provide a tailored quote.
