How returns work

Changed your mind? No problem. Return any unused item in its original condition within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

How to return an item

  1. Contact our customer service team to request a return
  2. Pack the item securely in its original packaging
  3. Use the return address provided by our team
  4. Send via your preferred courier with tracking
  5. We'll process your refund once we receive the item
Refunds are returned to the original payment method used at checkout (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Apple Pay, Google Pay or Klarna). Card refunds typically appear within 5–10 working days. Klarna refunds follow Klarna's own refund schedule. You will receive an email confirmation once the refund has been processed.

Damaged or missing items

Please report any delivery issues within 48 hours of receipt. We’ll arrange a replacement or credit as quickly as possible.
