Payment Security
All payments are processed securely through Stripe, a PCI DSS Level 1 certified payment processor. We never store your full card details on our servers.
Your connection is protected by 256-bit TLS encryption (indicated by the padlock icon in your browser). Card data is transmitted directly to Stripe and is never visible to our staff.
Pricing & Currency
All prices shown on Window Hardware Store are in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable. The total price at checkout is the amount that will be charged to your chosen payment method.
Klarna allows you to spread the cost with interest-free instalments or pay up to 30 days later. Klarna terms and conditions apply; see klarna.com for details.
Refunds
Refunds are returned to the original payment method used at checkout. Card refunds typically appear within 5–10 working days. Klarna refunds are processed according to Klarna’s own refund schedule.
