DE355 E-Gasket

The DE355 is an E-style glazing gasket with a distinctive "E" shaped cross-section featuring multiple legs for improved contact and compression. This design forms a strong seal between the opening sash/leaf and the outer frame in compatible aluminium or uPVC window and door systems, minimising draughts, water ingress, and noise transmission. It is a push-fit gasket that inserts into the designated groove of matching profiles, providing a suitable replacement for seals that have deteriorated, hardened, or no longer seal properly. Key specifications to evaluate compatibility: Gasket style: E-type with multi-leg shape (distinct from DE other variants, E015, E020, or similar in exact dimensions; different from bubble gaskets with domed tops, flipper gaskets with fins, or wedge types). Material: Extruded from durable TPE or PVC compound in black. Supplied lengths: Coiled rolls of 10 meters (for smaller repairs), 25 meters, or 50 meters. Profile matching: Groove dimensions and E-configuration are specific to certain window/door systems. The DE355 fits only profiles designed for this precise shape and size.
