ERA Challenger 3D Composite Door Hinge

This is the genuine ERA Challenger 3D adjustable hinge specifically designed for composite doors. Use this hinge if your door is a modern composite door (typically 44mm thick with a foam or solid core) and you need a flag-style hinge that allows 3-way adjustment after fitting. It is suitable for doors up to 90kg when three hinges are used (30kg per hinge). Available in white, chrome, or polished brass to match your existing door furniture. Check your current hinge: it should have “ERA” branding and look identical in shape and size (100mm × 35mm sash part). If your door is timber or uPVC, this is NOT the correct hinge.
