Fab&Fix Classic Flag Hinge

The Fab&Fix Classic Flag Hinge is a fully adjustable, non-handed flag-style hinge designed for PVCu entrance doors across major profile systems. It features a discreet, slim profile with a double knuckle construction to prevent door droop and a hooked flag that wraps around the body for added protection against tampering with screws and the hinge mechanism. Adjustment is 3D for on-site fine-tuning: vertical +5mm/-0mm, horizontal +5mm/-5mm, and compression +0mm/-1mm (or +2mm/-1mm with reverse bushes), accessed via a 4mm Allen key on the hinge face. Supplied fully assembled with no need for packers. The hinge supports a maximum door weight of 100kg when three are used. Endurance tested to over 300,000 cycles, it meets BS EN 1670 Grade 5 corrosion resistance (480 hours salt spray) and PAS 24:2022 security standards as part of a compliant doorset. Available in a range of RAL-matched finishes to complement door profiles. Sold individually; most doors require three hinges for optimal performance.
