Challenger Door Hinge

The Challenger Door Hinge Eurogroove Flag is a flag-style butt hinge engineered for PVCu entrance doors with a standard 13mm Eurogroove. It features a 20mm sash piece for secure integration into the door profile. This hinge supports a total load capacity of 100kg when using three hinges per door, making it suitable for residential applications. Constructed with a secured security pin for both open-in and open-out configurations, it includes a rounded clip-fix cover cap for a clean finish. The design offers true 3D adjustment—horizontal, vertical, and depth—for precise alignment during installation. It pairs with the Challenger range of hinge bodies for PVCu doors and is also compatible with composite and timber doors where specified. Endurance tested to over 50,000 cycles, it meets PAS 24 security standards and BS EN 1670 Grade 4 corrosion resistance (240 hours). Available in white, brown, PVD chrome, and PVD gold finishes.
