The RES Lock Concealed Window Restrictor (105mm, Stainless Steel) is a discreet safety device intended for side-hung or top-hung windows, limiting the sash opening to 100mm to help prevent falls while allowing ventilation. Made from stainless steel with zinc alloy components, it integrates seamlessly into uPVC, aluminium, or timber frames via Eurogroove or surface mounting, and supports retrofitting without major modifications. The auto-locking mechanism engages automatically upon closing, requiring a key for release to ensure controlled access. With 37mm screw centres and a 16mm frame part width, it offers precise fit for standard installations. Supplied as handed singles (left or right), it conforms to BS 6375 Part 2:1987 for weather tightness, making it a reliable choice for residential child safety or secure airflow management.
