TSS Keyless Cable Window Restrictor

The TSS Keyless Cable Window Restrictor is a compact safety device engineered to limit window openings while maintaining ventilation and emergency access. It employs an 180mm cable that restricts casement or sash windows to a maximum of 100mm, helping to prevent accidental falls or unauthorized exits, particularly for homes with young children. Compatible with UPVC, aluminium, and wooden window profiles, the restrictor features a keyless locking system: simply push the cap over the fixing plate at a 90-degree angle, advance it forward, and twist another 90 degrees to secure. Unlocking follows a reverse push-and-twist motion for quick full-window release, making it suitable for designated escape routes. The unit measures 200mm in total length with 50mm screw centres and is supplied in white, black, or brown finishes to match common frame colors. Installation is straightforward using the included four fixing screws and matching screw caps, with poly bagging for protection.
