ERA Composite Door Flag Hinge

The ERA Challenger Composite Flag Hinge is designed specifically for composite and timber entrance doors with a rebate (step) height between 20mm and 24mm. It uses a lift-on/lift-off system and works on both inward-opening and outward-opening doors. The hinge has a longer flag section that reaches deep into the door sash reinforcement for maximum screw fixings and strength. Once fitted, it provides full 3D adjustment without removing the door: ±4mm lateral (left/right), ±4mm vertical (up/down), and ±1mm compression. Three hinges give a safe working load of 120kg (individual hinge tested to 600N). It includes hardened steel anti-lift pins and security shrouds to resist forced entry. The hinge has been tested to over 200,000 cycles and achieves Grade 4 (240 hours) corrosion resistance under BS EN 1670. A clip-on cover cap hides the adjusters for a neat finish.
