Product Details
This is the Lockmaster Copy Multipoint Gearbox (centre case only) for lift-lever multipoint locks commonly used on standard or bifold UPVC doors. Use this if your existing gearbox operates with a lift-to-lock handle (92mm PZ centres) and has a backset of 35mm or 45mm (measure from door edge to spindle centre). It features a latch and deadbolt, with a case height of 228mm and screw centres of 109mm top-to-middle and 109mm middle-to-bottom. Check your current gearbox: it should match these dimensions, have three screw holes on the faceplate, and show a small spindle hole near the top for latch reversal (earlier versions). For 45mm backset, it includes an extended latch/deadbolt and 10mm packer. If your lock uses double spindle nightlatch operation, has different centres (e.g., 62mm only), or is for timber/composite doors, this is NOT the correct part. Available as single 8mm spindle (sprung) or double spindle (unsprung – use with sprung handles).
