Nexus 100mm Flag Hinge for PVCu Doors

The Nexus 100mm Flag Hinge is designed specifically for PVCu (uPVC) entrance doors. It fits doors with a rebate height (the step between sash and frame) of 20.5mm to 26.5mm and works for both inward-opening and outward-opening doors (lift-on/lift-off design). The hinge is 100mm long from the pivot point to the end of the flag, which allows multiple screws to fix directly into the door’s internal metal reinforcement for strong, secure mounting. After installation you can adjust the door in three directions without removing it: ±5mm left/right, +4mm/-1mm up/down, and ±0.75mm compression. A single door normally uses three hinges and can safely carry up to 100kg total weight. The hinge has been tested to over 50,000 open/close cycles and achieves Grade 4 (240 hours) corrosion resistance under BS EN 1670. A clip-on cover hides the adjustment screws once installation is complete.
