TSS Flag Hinge 90mm Height 100mm Flag

The TSS 3D Lift-On Flag Hinge is built for UPVC (uPVC) entrance doors, using a lift-on/lift-off mechanism that suits both inward and outward opening setups. It measures 90mm in height and 103mm in width, with a standard 19mm rebate depth and 19mm step height to match common UPVC frame profiles. If your door's step height varies, optional 1mm or 2mm packers can adjust the fit without altering the hinge itself. Installation involves securing the hinge's flag (the extended arm) with screws into the door's internal reinforcement for stability, while the sash plate mounts to the door edge. Post-installation, it offers 3D adjustments: vertical movement of +6mm (or ±3mm from center), and compression of ±3mm to fine-tune alignment without dismantling. Each hinge supports up to 40kg of sash weight, so for a standard door, use three hinges for a total capacity of 120kg. An anti-lift security tab prevents forced entry by stopping the door from being lifted off the hinges. The construction uses a steel or stainless steel sash plate for added strength. It has been cycle-tested to 100,000 open/close operations and meets BS EN 1670 corrosion resistance standards. A cover cap conceals adjustment screws for a clean look.
