The UAP Adjustable Composite Door Hinge is intended for composite entrance doors with a 30mm rebate height. It supports both inward and outward opening configurations using a lift-on/lift-off mechanism. Measure 102mm in height and 45mm in width, with a flag length that allows screws to reach the door's internal reinforcement for secure attachment. The sash plate fits standard door edges. After installation, adjust in three directions: ±3mm vertical, ±3mm lateral, and ±1mm compression to align the door precisely. Use three hinges for a total door weight capacity of 150kg. It features anti-pick and anti-lift pins made from hardened steel to enhance security against tampering. The hinge is constructed from steel with a zinc plating for protection. Tested to 100,000 open/close cycles and BS EN 1670 Grade 5 corrosion resistance (480 hours salt spray). A removable cover cap conceals the adjustment screws.
