TSS UPVC Butt Hinge - 115mm

The TSS 115mm butt hinge is a heavy-duty, adjustable hinge designed specifically for UPVC entrance doors. Each hinge measures 115mm overall height with a 92mm leaf length and an 11mm stack height. It features built-in adjustment of ±1.5mm both horizontally and vertically, allowing precise door alignment after installation. The hinge is load-bearing and suitable for standard 20mm or 24mm UPVC door profiles (sash and outer frame). Fixings are concealed when closed and it is supplied with stainless steel screws. Available in white, brown, and black to match common door colours. Sold individually – most residential UPVC doors require 3 hinges.
