This is the genuine Versa Universal Repair Lock with latch, deadbolt, and 4 rollers, designed specifically for UPVC doors that operate with a lift-to-lock (lift lever) handle. Use this if your UPVC door has a 92mm PZ spindle centre distance and a backset of 35mm or 45mm (measure from the face of the door to the centre of the square spindle). It is a one-piece replacement lock with a 16mm faceplate and overall length of 2100mm. Centres between rollers are fixed at 1170mm and 1460mm. Check your existing lock: it must have a deadbolt (not just a latch) and lift-lever operation. If your door uses a split spindle (nightlatch function) or is timber/composite/aluminium, this is NOT the correct lock. Supplied complete with adjustable keeps and fixings.
